Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16, at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show she competed for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of 2009. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her degree from college. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She placed 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her won at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and was crowned 6th place within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more proud of her performance. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving onto work out sets. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way feasible. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
